I first purchased the game in its Pre-Alpha back in 2016 I believe, and I witnessed its rise and fall firsthand. Thank you ^^ its such a shame since ive had this game pretty much since the early access was released Same goes for me.
I would recommend not anticipating an update at all as of now unless more information is eventually released. Upon reviewing the rate at development was carried out when the game was in the earlier stages of "Early Access", there is almost no update that the developers can be working on right now that can account for such a large time consumption, not to mention that the team at Monomi Park is much larger now that it was in this aforementioned time period. A slight and repetitive but cute farming game, Slime Rancher doesnt quite reach the heights of its sub-genre. There has been no information regarding the future of Monomi Park as a company, so my guess would be that there is currently another game in development, thus hindering / completely halting the continued support for Slime Rancher. Definitely give this game a try.Originally posted by Nick1214:Sadly, it seems as though the developers have abandoned it, especially considering the direct and consistent communication that existed between them and the community prior to the final few updates. I would definitely recommend this to nearly anyone.
This is such a wonderful game, and I am so happy I spent money on it. Slime Rancher Multiplayer Mod Slime Rancher is the tale of Beatrix LeBeau, a plucky, young rancher who sets out for a life a thousand light years away from.
Of course, I'm pretty sure this issue is with my laptop, rather than the game itself, but just including this as a warning for those with slower running desktops. My only qualm with this is that it's such a large game, it doesn't run well on slower running laptops and computers, and it's a bit of a downer that the game lags out and runs even slower when I go into certain areas. The game even has fun little achievements and challenges within the achievements to try and earn, and they're super fun, going through and collecting some of them. There's also plenty to challenge yourself with, with a five day rush to earn as much money as you can in just five days of game play. Checking in on my ranch once a day has become a daily routine for me already. There's plenty to do and it doesn't take long to become rather attached to your slimes. Of course, once you've played for a while, it all becomes pretty much the same repetitive thing, especially if you're unaware of where to go for other things, such as slime doors and getting slime keys, but it's fun enough to not become boring. Collect your slime, put them in a corral and have fun going through different combinations, making different combinations of slimes to make yourself rich. The set up is rather open world, with limitations, but there is absolutely tons to explore throughout the game, with things that will make even the most boring person in the world smile. After just eight hours of game play, I am totally addicted to this adorable, fun little game. This is a large world game to explore, with cute little slimes around the place, and it's a ton of fun. In Slime Rancher, you play as Beatrix LeBeau, a slime rancher who has just moved to The Far, Far Range to try her hand at making a living at being a slime rancher. After seeing Jacksepticeye and Markiplier play it and enjoy it so much, and seeing just high reviews all over, I had to give it a try. Released only at the start of August, Slime Rancher has ranked extremely high reviews in just twenty odd days. From Monomi Park comes Slime Rancher, a first person exploration game.
